OUR COMPANY

Our company ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE CONSULTANTS INT'L., INC. (ASCII), was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 9, 1989 as a developer of computer software and provider of related services.

With its almost two decades of operations, our name has become well-known for and is synonmous with stable and reliable standard accounting and payroll software packages that are used by hundreds of companies in the Philippines. 

We have leveraged our ownership of robust accounting software and our expertise in software development and systems design to provide accounting, bookeeping and payroll services to companies and orgranization in the Philippines. These companies are able to focus in running their operations profitably as we take care of their accounting back-office operations, such as:

 The overall software applications development effort is headed by Mr. Jimmy B. Dagum as the Chief Technology Officer. He is very well supported by a team of young, overachieving product development specialists. Software development tools used are PowerBuilder, Visual Foxpro and Foxpro DOS. The products running on windows platform use SQL database engine (Sybase and MS SQL).

 OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

IRENEO D. TUBIO, JR., CPA, MBA

Mr. Tubio is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. He is also Dean of the Institute of Accountancy of Arellano University (founded in 1938) and Chief Accounting Officer of Solid Group, Inc., a publicly-listed company. He worked with Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co., a member firm of Ernst & Young, for about 13 years, the last two years as Manager in the Audit Division. As an SGV scholar, he attended the Asian Institute of Management where he obtained his Master in Business Management degree in 1978. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business (PCDEB), and the Association of Asian Managers, Inc. (AAMI).

ELIZABETH G. TUBIO, CPA

Ms. Tubio is the Vice President and Controller. She had worked at the Audit, Management Services and Training Divisions of Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co., a member firm of Ernst & Young. She was also an officer of a leading non-life insurance company in the Philippines where she was given exposure in finance and claims management. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
